Sports at Gorseybrigg

Welcome to a new year of sporting opportunities at Gorseybrigg Primary School!

Our first event has already taken place with 10 children from Year 5 chosen to be our Mini Leaders. These children attended an afternoon training session at the Gladys Buxton centre where they learnt how to set up and lead activities for children from Reception to Year 4 during lunchtimes. All the children were excellent and are already planning an assembly to tell the whole school what they have lined up.
